Can you stretch Justin Waterproof Work boots. Style WK4845

I got theses boots of you 2 years ago and found them tight around the ball of the foot and across the top of my foot. I had intended to send them back but forgot about them I found them the other day and was wondering is there a recommended method for stretching them.
