General Sizing: Slightly Big

I was disappointed in the quality of this hat. It is made in Mexico. It's very light, which may be a good thing in the summer, but I felt it should be more consistant for the cost. The straw is coated with a type of stain for the color and the stain doesn't cover every strand of the straw. I feel it's only worth half of what I paid. I'm going to return it for a smaller size only because I do like the brand stamp and turquoise stone design, which, by the way, is only in the front of the hat. Misleading.

Pros: Attractive Design

Cons: Low Quality Material, Color Not As Represented, stone on band only in the front.

I want to figure out what size hat my daughter wears.

Looked at the sizing chart but don't know how to read it her head measured a 22.

I measured about 21 1/2 and ordered a M. Too big. Go with a small.
