WRANGLER 936 HAVE AN ATHLETIC FIT THAT GIVES YOU ENERGY

You can LIVE in WRANGLER 936! I've been a water athlete all my life; cowboys drive pick-up trucks; we drive boats (and like trucks, too).
From a standpoint of exercise physiology, WRANGLER 936 are in a class all by themselves; their slim fit molds to your body and prevents muscle vibration, preventing muscle cramping and fatigue. If you wear them in water, and they will draw up for good athletic support. Buy your normal waist size or a little more snug, and 1 - 2 inches longer, because they will shrink just enough to become your second skin. I dive shipwrecks - and my 936 protect me from sharp steel, rust and other nasties in a water environment that can land you in the hospital.
Add dive boots and fins to these and You will be the flip turn and pike dive champ!

LEVIS 517 RED TABS SWIM!

I lifeguard, rescue dive and also dive ship wrecks. There are times
when just 'suiting up' can be hazardous and time consuming. And there are times when you just want to swim!

I buy 517 Red Tabs, Rigid from Shepler's, to a 14 inch leg opening and wear them swimming and diving. I also buy them 2 inches longer because they shrink from being in water so much - and they draw up and mold to my body better than any wet suit I've ever worn. Add a rash guard top and you have great dive skins that go from land to water in an instant for a rescue. Let them dry-on and they become your second skin, look awesome and make you feel great.

WRANGLER 36 MWZ FIT LIKE A SECOND SKIN

These are great jeans. But, they are not department store khakis ... they are rugged and enable you to live your life to the limits. WRANGLERS are like 4-wheel drive trucks - made to go where ever you want to go. Jeans are made to 'fit' you when you break them in properly. Mine go to Lake Travis and Barton Springs Pool.
I brought my normal waist but 2 inches longer, and swam and dove
them for the past 2 weekends. When you lay out in the hot Texas sun, you can feel them shrink and draw up for good fit and support..

can the 936 slim fit come with a slimmer leg than 16 3/4
I haven't seen 936 slimmer than 16 3/4 in the leg opening. But, once you buy them, they are yours ... I have some pairs tailored to a 13.5 inch leg opening, because I swim and dive and these make awesome dive skins. Skate board guys taper them also. They prefer 936 because of the athletic fit and rugged construction.

Is the denim in these jeans as heavyweight as in the 936's? Cheers
I've bought both 13mwz and 936 in rigid - and found the denim is 14.5 oz for both. Some of the other finishes sometimes are a bit lighter weight denim - and this is listed in their product description. Plus the George Strait Wranglers are 15 oz, I believe.
Wrangler makes tough denim, and in this age of 'raw' expensive denim, Wranglers are the very best buy available.

Are the front pockets deeper on the 935 Slim Fit Rigid, or on the 936 Slim Fit Rigid?
Front pockets on the "other" brand are a deeper, more correct length, IF you don't want your change trickling out of your front pockets while sitting or driving while wearing the 936. This would most likely keep me from re-ordering the 936 again. Thanks!
What, this is a problem? 936 are tight - how does change trickle out? I've worn them doing swim drill / flip turns and scuba diving and have never lost anything. Swim your 936 and let them mold to your body. Nothing will empty out of your pockets unless you want it to.

Is Wrangler made in the USA?
All of the WRANGLERS that I've ever purchased (and that's a lot of them!) are American made. But, You might select some specific styles and them read the description to check the point of manufacture. I used to live in Greensboro, NC and their HQ is located there.

If you are into normal activities - casual wear, work or school, then buy your normal size. If you are adding cowboy boots, add an inch in the length.
WRANGLER 13MWZ normally don't shrink like the competition's jeans.
However, my experience is that they will loose about 1/2 inch in the waist and about 1 inch in the length as they achieve your personal fit. And, if
you wash and dry them in a dryer, they'll shrink - and then return to your
great individual fit after wearing them for a while.
I have always bought my waist size or a little more snug for a good fit, and added about 2 inches in the length - so they can shrink some and to allow for boots. WRANGLER 13MWZ are absolutely one of the best values, best constructed and greatest looking jean around. Congratulations on your decision.

great individual fit after wearing them for a while.
I have always bought my waist size or a little more snug for a good fit, and added about 2 inches in the length - so they can shrink some and to allow for boots. WRANGLER 13MWZ are absolutely one of the best values, best constructed and greatest looking jean around. Congratulations on your decision.

I need your advise to determine the sizes.
My usual size is 29x32.
-> Question: Should I buy larger one than my usual size?
It seems that this product is slim & low-rise fit so
I am wondering if I need to select large one to get
the perfect fit or not. I usually choose size 30x32
for slim fit jean; should I add one more inch (31x32)
to suit low-rise fit?

WRANGLER Retro Slim 77 are really good jeans. I've had them. But, they are a little tighter - mine experience was that they were slim like the 936, but lower rise. If you are pairing them with a nice belt and shirt tucked in, then a 30 waist might be more comfortable. But, if you are wearing them with a t shirt out, then a 29 waist should fit better. A lot of this depends on how tight you like to wear your jeans. IF they are too loose, a quick trip into the dryer will size them just right for you. Enjoy your new WRANGLERS!

This depends on the fit you prefer. If you are athletic, slim or lean build, and like to wear your jeans tighter, buy the 29x32. However, if you usually buy 13mwz, in a 30 waist, a 29 waist slim fit will be snug at first. BUT, they will expand some in the waist as you wear them, because they are pre-shrunk. You might find a slim fit, low rise 30-waist WRANGLER that loosens up feeling like you'll need to pull them up all the time. To me, slim fit low rise are meant to be snug.
