Great Boots, Great Price!

My son LOVES these boots! He is very picky about shoes and complains that most shoes are not comfortable. But he would probably sleep in these boots if we let him, but we do make him take them off before bed. Other than that, he pretty much lives in them. He wears them around home, goes for long hikes in the country (which would normally require light hiking boots), and does farm work in them. I will definitely get him another pair of these when he grows out of them!
Pros: Durable, Value, Quality Construction, Comfortable, Great Fit, Attractive Design, Quality Material

What kind of sole does this boot have? One picture shows rubber with tread, another picture shows the old style smooth sole.
They have a rubber sole. It is a sturdy sole, but flexible and shock-absorbing. These are great boots!
