Waist: Very Small
I have a 34 waist. Does not fit anywhere close to 34. Sent them back, ordered a 36 and they fit perfect. Order 2 sizes bigger for a good western suit fit.
Pros: Comfortable, Attractive Design
Cons: sizes run small.

Everything in the US is measured in Inches. Sheplers is a US company, therefore using inches. With that being said, 32" = 32 inches

we have to cut to length and hem?
You can ask them to be hemmed to length, but they do ship unhemmed and full length.
